Placing an Order

You can place an order online via our website.  Once you have placed your order you will receive an automatic e mail confirmation that your order has been received.   Payment can be made through our website by those methods supported by Paypal.  Once payment has been received goods which are in stock will be despatched within 3 working days via Royal Mail or My Hermes.  If goods are not in stock we will be in contact to inform you of delivery timings.

Our postage and packing rates are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.  However, once we have accepted your order we will not change the price that applies to such an order.


We hope you will be fully satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to accept a return from you according to the following policy. You may return an item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.   After 14 days we will no longer accept returned items.

Every effort is made to ensure that all the information provided on our website is correct. If we discover an error relating to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the error and confirm that you still wish to proceed.

No order is binding on you or Top Note Design until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the postal service, or on payment in full of the price of the items and any delivery charge, which ever is later. These terms and conditions can not be varied by you or us unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
