Description
This inexpensive pocket-sized wine tasting notebook is a must for any wine lover. Writing a quick note of the wine you try is one of the best ways to improve your knowledge. We have recently completed the WSET Level 2 Wine course and this little book will be invaluable in helping us learn even more about wine.
How to Use Your Wine Tasting Notebook
You can take your Wine Tasting Notebook out and about and keep a handy note of wines worth remembering. This pocket-sized wine journal is designed for ease of use. Each page features a unique flavour wheel for recording your impressions. The wheel features scales for every key feature of the wine. If you follow the wheel it will help you to take systematic approach to wine tasting. Firstly, look at the sweetness. Then notice the balance, the body, tannins, nose and finish. Finally take a note of the flavours and the aromas. There is also a colour meter for recording the look of the wine as well as a space for giving the wine a star rating. You can use the extra space for any additional notes.
However, there is also a special secret ingredient. The printer adds a teeny, tiny amount of real wine to the ink in each new edition. Look on the back of your notebook and you will see what has been added to yours.
Try using this little notebook in conjunction with our Wine Cellar Record Book. This will give you all the space you need if you want to write a more lasting note about your wine, the occasion, and who you enjoy it with. Also, use your Wine Cellar Record Book to keep a note of the wines you hope to buy. Click here if you want to find out more.
